	DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE	FEES	NOTES
	Network Access Fee	$2250	One-time fee for account setup and access.
	Annual Maintenance Fee	$250	The annual maintenance fee includes the Commission Junction membership renewal and the availability of all product features.
	Deposit	$3000	Non-refundable deposit used to pay publishers for qualified leads or sales and Commission Junction's (CJ) transaction fees. Advertisers must maintain a minimum account balance of $500 at all times.
	Transaction Fees	30% or $0.30	Transaction fee assessed by CJ based on the advertiser's payout rate for publishers. For payout rates of $1 or greater the advertiser pays CJ 30% times the payout rate per transaction. For payout rates less than $1, the advertiser pays CJ $.30 per transaction.
	Monthly Minimum	$500	The total transaction fees paid to CJ each month must meet this minimum or the advertiser will be assessed the difference.
	Technical Set-up	Included	Technical set-up can be completed in minutes. A Commission Junction technical integration specialist is assigned to assist each new advertiser with set-up and integration.
	Publisher Payment Processing	Included	Commission Junction processes and writes all publishers' checks free of charge. This includes checks, postage, direct deposit, currency conversion and 1099s.
	Customer Support	Included	Advertisers and publishers may contact Client Services during regular business hours M-F 7:00-5:00 PST. Online help as well as Web-based contextual help is also available free of charge.
	Ad Serving Charges	Included	Commission Junction can serve all standard ad formats.
	Upgrades/Maintenance	Included	All CJ Access enhancements and system maintenance is done by Commission Junction and released online.
	Reporting	Included	Commission Junction offers 24/7 multi-user access to over 100 real-time performance and transaction reports.
